December 12, 2023 – we start the official sale of the completely new MaxiEcu 3 software in a multi-platform version for Windows and Android.
Users using the existing version of MaxiEcu 2 – can stay on the MaxiEcu 2 version – while maintaining access to all their brands.
To use the MaxiEcu 3 version, you need an interface version 4 GEN or Expert (interface with a 10-character serial number), Windows 10 or newer, 64 bit / Android 8 or newer, and a MaxiEcu 3 software license.
USERS OF MAXIECU 2 WITH 4GEN OR EXPERT INTERFACE.
If you decide to change MaxiEcu 2 to the new MaxiEcu 3 software, you can take advantage of the Transfer Offer with all brands or purchase access for the selected brand(s).
E.g. You have 10 brands on the MaxiEcu 2 license. So you can:
- do nothing and stay with 10 brands on the MaxiEcu 2 license
- take advantage of the Transfer Offer and purchase a transfer all 10 brands to MaxiEcu 3 lincense in special price offer
- resign from the Transfer Offer and purchase access, e.g. only for 2 brands to MaxiEcu 3 (in accordance with the standard price list for extending the license for 1 brand).
MAXIECU 2 USERS WITH THE OLD VERSION MPM-COM INTERFACE
If you have not yet managed to replace the MPM-COM interface (interface withdrawn from the offer in 2020) – you still have the opportunity to do it. The User’s account will include Transfer Offer with all brands combined with an offer to purchase the 4 GEN interface.
E.g. You have 10 brands on the MaxiEcu 2 license. So you can:
- do nothing and stay with 10 brands on the MaxiEcu 2 license and use the MPM-COM interface (remembering, however, that this is not a long-recommended interface)
- Take advantage of the Transfer Offer and purchase a transfer all 10 brands to MaxiEcu 3 lincense in special price offer along with the purchase of the 4 GEN interface
Transfer offers for Users of 4GEN, Expert, MPM-COM interfaces – will appear together with the regulations in the User’s account in the LICENSES section after December 12, 2023.
On December 11, we will end the sale of extensions (additional brands) to the MaxiEcu 2 version.
We will generate licenses on an ongoing basis until 11:59 P.M.
From December 12, 2023 – we will switch to processing license orders only for the MaxiEcu 3 version.
Our functionality search engine is already being prepared for the new MaxiEcu 3.0 software. For this reason, we introduced the latest updates (January / February 2023) in MaxiEcu 2.0 “quietly” without publishing a list of new diagnostics or changes in the search engine on our website. As a result, the list of available options in the search engine is smaller than it actually is, but the software has added new options. This month we are posting another update (the latest database will be with the date March 2023 visible in the upper left corner after starting the software). From February 2023, our latest Expert interface is available for sale. “Ironman” among devices for professional use. Strong, aluminum construction will withstand workshop conditions. We have also added electronic components that allow for even greater range of Bluetooth and Wifi connection. For those who prefer a classic wireless connection – the set also includes a USB cable and a durable cable with a stabilizing mount for the OBD socket.
What else? Expert is adapted to work with 24V installations, so as soon as we add support in the software – no problem and no worries about failures, you will be able to connect the interface to the installations in trucks. Expert is also adapted to the remote addition of new protocols.
Information for Users of 4th generation interfaces (the so-called “Batmans”) – don’t worry, you don’t need to replace your interfaces. The 4th generation still remains a great option and, in our opinion, the most optimal variant for private use. Expert was created for professional use, in conditions that are not always conducive to keeping the equipment clean and not exposed to daily durability testing 🙂

Ps. For all those who have more than once forgotten to disconnect the interface from the socket – Expert also has a special sound signaling reminding you to leave the device plugged into the socket.
EDIT: from April 20, 2021 – we have introduced a new method of logging in to the User’s account. As LOGIN you need to enter the e-mail address that is assigned to the account and license (instead of the interface serial number)
Why did we decide to change?

We’ve received reports that you don’t always remember your serial number. Besides, we know that it is easy to make a mistake by entering a sequence of characters in which each symbol has meaning (and sometimes it is easy to confuse the letter “O” with the number “0” 😊).
☑ Habit
Most websites currently offer logging in with an e-mail address and we know that most of you are used to this method.
☑ Additional benefits
Especially for Users who have several interfaces. Now, having several interfaces, you have to log in separately to the account assigned to a given device. After the change – after logging in, a list of your devices will be displayed.
It will also be more advantageous for Users who decide to replace the interface with a newer generation. After the exchange – the serial number of the interface changed, and therefore the login. If the login is an e-mail, even after removing the old interface – login will be unchanged.
The unified login method also gives you more opportunities to introduce further improvements that we are planning. So we hope that you will quickly find out about the advantages of an e-mail address as a login to the User’s account. We will inform you about the introduction of the change 😊
We present a completely new application – MAXI327 – for car diagnostics in the OBD standard. An application created by the MaxiEcu team – especially for people who want to have access to check basic parameters, fault codes or performance via mobile devices with the Android system. Specially designed, modern cockpits not only provide insight into the necessary data, but also provide the ability to export to a spreadsheet and share the results in a graphical form. Simple, convenient and without any license – the application is free and can be downloaded from the Google Play store.
Important: people who already have a User account on the MaxiEcu website, after downloading the application, should log in by entering the password to their account and the e-mail address assigned to their license.

What is the MaxiTools app for?
Thanks to the multiplexer built into the MaxiEcu (MPM-COM) interface, the program allows you to activate the operating mode exactly the same as the ELM 327. You can also choose to change to the VAG-KKL mode and the advanced K-Line mode. Correct modification of the settings in the advanced mode will make no need for any adapters. MaxiTools also has the MaxiEcu interface test function, with which you can check whether the multiplexer is working properly.

- Write to us at shop@maxiecu.com – enter the serial number of the old interface, the e-mail address assigned to the license and the data for shipping the new interface (country, address + phone number for the courier). In response, you will receive information on costs.
- If you are decided to buy – pay for the order.
- After the payment is booked – we will make the shipment. We will also remove the old interface from your User account, add the number of the new interface and generate a new license for you. Of course, all brands on your account will be kept. After all, you will receive an e-mail informing you that your account details have changed.
