§1 General provisions

1. These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) specify the rules of the offer, organized by : MaxiEcu Sp. z oo with its registered office in Gdynia (81-589) at ul. Fleszarowa-Muskat 7, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court of Gdańsk – Północ in Gdańsk under the KRS number 0001080295, , NIP: 5862323620, REGON: 36849635500000
2. Offer valid until further notice .

§2 Definitions

• User – a natural person with full legal capacity , being the owner of the MaxiEcu brand interface , who decides to use the offer .​​
• model Batman_4GEN interface / Expert – an interface with a unique 10 character serial number, which is the hardware key for a given license, assigned to the User account .
• Account, MaxiEcu User Account – an account on the website under the domain www.maxiecu.eu , for which the User has an individual login and password and on which the license data are saved .
• Order fulfillment – generation of license for new MaxiEcu for brands from MaxiEcu (2) in accordance with the scope/quantity and type of brands at the time of placing the order by the User. The agreement is confirmed by an updated license key and a purchase document issued with the order. Order processing takes place during the opening hours of the organizer’s Sales Department, i.e., on business days from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
• MaxiEcu (2) – software version only for Windows (with green background), software released until 2023, licensed by MaxiEcu Sp. z o. o. based in Gdynia. System requirements: Windows 8 up to and including Windows 10. Range of functions (button marked ” MaxiEcu 2 ” /button must be red ): https://maxiecu.com/en/products/functionality-search/
• New MaxiEcu / MaxiEcu (3) – software in Windows and Android versions,, software released from 2024, licensed by MaxiEcu Sp. z o. o. based in Gdynia in combination with an interface and a license for a selected range of brands. System requirements: Windows 10 (or newer), 64 bit and Android 8 (or newer). Range of functions (button with the designation ” MaxiEcu 3 ” /the button must be red ): https://maxiecu.com/en/products/functionality-search/

§3 Terms of the offer

1. Taking advantage of the offer is entirely voluntary. The user can retain their existing MaxiEcu (2) license, maintaining permanent and uninterrupted access to functionalities compatible with the latest MaxiEcu (2) software database.
2. The offer is available only through the MaxiEcu User Account or directly at the organizer’s office.
3. The offer includes licenses for the new MaxiEcu for MaxiEcu (2) brands, based on the range/quantity and type of brands at the time the User places the order.
4. The range/quantity of brands can be reduced (see section 12), but it is not possible to change the type of MaxiEcu (2) brands.
5. The new license is added to the interface stored in the User’s account from which the order was placed.
6. The offer price displayed in the account refers to the number and type of brands, based on the number and type of MaxiEcu (2) brands the User currently owns.
7. Changing the number of MaxiEcu (2) brands will change the offer price displayed in the account.
8. The offer price displayed in the account includes a discount from the regular price for a single brand licensed for the new MaxiEcu. The discount is calculated proportionally to the number of brands owned from MaxiEcu (2) at the time the User places the order. i.e., the more brands from MaxiEcu (2), the greater the discount per brand.
9. The User may opt out of the special offer for the brands owned from MaxiEcu (2) and may purchase a single license for the selected brand(s) for the new MaxiEcu at the standard price and purchase option (in the User’s account under LICENSES), which will result in the offer being removed (see section 10).
   -> For example: the User has MaxiEcu software licenses (2) for the following brands: Audi and BMW.
   The User opts out of the special offer and purchases the Opel brand for the new MaxiEcu at the standard price and purchase option.
   After completing the purchase, the User receives MaxiEcu software licenses (2) for the following brands: Audi and BMW, and licenses for the new MaxiEcu for the Opel brand. The special offer is no longer available.
10. The offer is only available and visible in the User’s account until the MaxiEcu (2) license is active in the User’s account. If the User has an active new MaxiEcu brand(s) (e.g., by purchasing the selected brand(s) for the new MaxiEcu at the standard price and purchase option), the special offer is not visible.
11. If the User has opted out of the special offer and already has an active new MaxiEcu brand(s), the special offer can only be re-available after prior contact with the Sales Department (via the FORMS in the User’s account), who, after verification, will prepare an individual order in accordance with the current price list for the special offer, based on the number and type of MaxiEcu (2) brands the User currently owns. Individual orders cannot include the type of new MaxiEcu brands.
    ➡️ For example: the user has MaxiEcu software licenses (2) for five brands: Audi, BMW, Citroen, Dacia, and Ford.
    The user opted out of the special offer and purchased the Audi brand for the new MaxiEcu at the standard price and purchase option.
    If an individual order is prepared at a later date, the price list for the five brands: Audi, BMW, Citroen, Dacia, and Ford will be used.
12. Before using the offer, after contacting the Sales Department (via the FORMS in the User’s account), the Sales Department may prepare a special offer variant for a smaller range/quantity of brands, in accordance with the applicable terms and price list.
    ➡️ For example, the User has MaxiEcu software licenses (2) for five brands: Audi, BMW, Citroen, Dacia, Ford.
    The User wishes to use the special offer exclusively for the Audi, BMW, and Citroen brands.
    The Sales Department will prepare the offer according to the price list for three brands: Audi, BMW, and Citroen.
13. The special offer can only be used once.
14. When ordering, the User indicates their preferred payment method. The order is processed – a new license is automatically generated after payment is received/confirmed by the selected payment system.
15. The Organizer is not responsible for any difficulties resulting from the operation of external suppliers, such as payment systems or internet providers. All complaints should be directed directly to the system providing the service.
16. The order will be automatically canceled if payment is not received by the end of the next calendar day from the date of order placement.
17. The User may cancel the order or change the payment method until the payment is authorized.
18. After using the offer, the User has the standard option of purchasing an extension of the MaxiEcu (2) license to include a new brand (order by submitting a form in the User’s account specifying the required brand) or the option of purchasing an extension to the new MaxiEcu (3) directly through the User’s account.
19. By using this offer, the User confirms that they are familiar with the features of the new MaxiEcu product, including system requirements: Windows 10 (or newer), 64-bit, and Android 8 (or newer), as well as the range of available brands and functionalities – according to the search engine on the website: https://maxiecu.com/en/products/functionality-search/
20. The new MaxiEcu license is a digital product delivered online (the service is delivered in its entirety, along with order fulfillment), which, in accordance with applicable regulations, is subject to a limited return policy. By using this offer, the User agrees to the full performance of the service within 14 days, and therefore, the right to withdraw from the contract is lost.
21. By using this offer, the User confirms that they are familiar with the terms and conditions of the offer (these regulations).
22. By using the offer, the User confirms his/her consent to the execution of the order in accordance with the Regulations of the Organizer’s online store (https://shop.maxiecu.eu/shop/footer/terms ).
23. The Organizer may refuse to purchase under the terms of the offer if the User fails to comply with, or violates, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
24. The Organizer reserves the right to update the offer’s price list and terminate the offer.

§5 Warranty

1. The software license is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer is responsible for delivering the product in accordance with the declared properties. In the event of non-compliance, the User must submit a complaint via the form in the User’s account, attaching a file enabling verification of the product’s non-compliance with the declared properties indicated in the search engine: https://maxiecu.com/en/products/functionality-search/
2. The warranty does not cover difficulties resulting from failure to verify the compatibility and/or properties of the product and/or factors beyond the manufacturer’s control, including improper operation of external devices, incorrect connection settings, failure to use recommended accessories, use of inappropriate procedures/tools/accessories, or external services. Additional information on warranty claims is available in accordance with the Terms and Conditions (ttps://shop.maxiecu.eu/shop/footer/terms ) and on the Organizer’s store website.

§6 Personal Data

1. The controller of personal data in the scope of execution of sales agreements is : MaxiEcu Sp. z oo with its registered office in Gdynia (81-589) at

2. User ‘s personal data will be processed in accordance with the principles set out in the Personal Data Protection Act and other generally applicable legal provisions .
3. Data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the offer. Each User has the right to access the content of their data, correct it and request its deletion . Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to fulfill the order as part of the offer.
4. The Administrator may entrust the processing of personal data to other entities, to the extent necessary to fulfill the order , i.e. for example, to deliver parcels with the ordered product. Users ‘ personal data are not transferred outside the European Union.
5. Data are made available to state authorities in cases provided for by law.
6. Any notifications or requests regarding personal data can be submitted to us via the User Account or to the following address: team@maxiecu.com

§7 Final provisions

1. The User declares that he / she has read the Regulations and accepts them without reservations . In the event of any doubts as to the provisions of the Regulations , the User has the right to contact the organizer at any time for a proper interpretation of their provisions .
2. The competent court to resolve any disputes arising from the application of the Regulations is the court with jurisdiction over the seat of the organiser .
3. The offer does not constitute a game of chance or a mutual bet within the meaning of the Act of 19 November 2009 on gambling (Journal of Laws No. 201, item 1504, as amended)
4. These Regulations will be available throughout the duration of the offer from the organizer and visible in the User’s account in the offer description.
